We will meet the bus at the east entrance of the school (by the student parking lot). This is also where we will be dropped off after the meet. Students driving to catch the bus will need to park in the FAAC lot not the student parking lot. The student lot will be used for the busses of schools coming to the marching contest.
Please take a minute and make sure your paperwork is completed for this season. Physicals are required on an annual calendar year basis, if you took advantage of the exams that were offered at the end of the school year your exam should still be valid, however please verify your electronic paperwork and check with Coach to be sure.
For the 2017–18 school year, all athletics forms must be completed online and electronically signed EXCEPT the Medical History Form and the Physical Form. Click on the Rank One Sports logo below to proceed directly to the Birdville portal. These forms must be completed by the Parent and the Athlete, please have the athlete’s student ID as it is needed to login.
The UIL requires that the preparticipation physical exam be recorded on the approved form only; therefore, no other physical exam form will be accepted. If the exam is done on the wrong form, it will be returned, which will further delay your student’s athletics participation. Please make sure you have the correct form by contacting one of the athletic trainers or by downloading the correct forms from the Birdville ISD Athletic website.
Bring return completed Physical and Medical History Form to Coach Teague. You will not be able to Participate in practice or meets until both steps are completed. You can contact Coach or any of the Trainers for further information or questions.
